A Brown & Assocs offer a freelance estimating service for main contractors, sub-contractors and developers. Based in North Kent, we operate within London and the Home Counties. We have over 50 years of joint experience in all types of construction projects.
In outline, we are able to offer a completely flexible bespoke service suiting individual budgets and requirements. We will always aim to provide a fixed fee for the services you require but we are also happy to provide our services on a time related basis.
We believe the advantage of such a freelance service is that we are able to undertake projects of varying sizes, and on an occasional basis, thus allowing our expertise to become a cost effective solution for our clients. Our service can be used to provide support to already existing in-house estimators/surveyors on an ‘as and when required’ basis, thus assisting work load management.
